UNI-T UT278A+ Clamp Earth Ground Testers
The UNI-T UT278A+ is a handheld clamp meter designed to streamline earth ground testing by allowing resistance measurements without disconnecting grounding conductors or deploying auxiliary electrodes. Its slender, slightly contoured body houses a robust jaw assembly that opens to encircle conductors up to 32 mm in diameter. Once the jaw is securely clamped around a grounding conductor, the unit injects a small test current and senses the resulting voltage drop to compute ground resistance presenting the result on a clear, four‐digit LCD display.
