The Kyoritsu 2413R is a versatile digital clamp meter engineered to measure both very low leakage currents and high currents up to 1 000 A AC without disconnecting conductors. Its shielded, 68 mm‑diameter transformer jaws minimize interference from external magnetic fields, ensuring accurate readings across all ranges (0.1 mA–1000 A) with a crest factor ≤ 3.0. A user‑selectable frequency filter (50/60 Hz or WIDE up to 1 kHz) enables isolation of fundamental‑frequency currents or inclusion of higher‑frequency components from inverters.
The 3½‑digit LCD (max. 1999 counts) displays RMS values, while the peak‑hold function (10 ms/100 ms response) captures surge currents by indicating 1/√2 of the peak value. A DATA HOLD button freezes the display for easy viewing in hard‑to‑reach spots, and an LCD backlight aids measurements in dim environments.
