Description
The KY-024 Hall Effect Sensor Module is a linear magnetic sensor that detects magnetic field strength, making it ideal for motion detection, magnetic switches, and proximity sensing in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller projects.
This versatile module offers both analogue and digital outputs—the analogue output varies with magnetic field strength, while the digital output can be triggered at a set threshold using the onboard potentiometer.
It’s ideally suited for applications such as magnet-based speed sensors, contactless switches, and magnetic proximity alerts. Compact and breadboard-friendly, it’s perfect for embedded or prototype use.
